After a series of teaser shoots, we finally set sail for a six-day journey unlike any other. An extraordinary group of chefs, makers, storytellers and craftspeople came together to create something truly special, united by a shared spirit of curiosity, creativity and adventure.
Against a backdrop of ever-changing light, rugged landscapes and island solitude, Kitchen in the Wild became a celebration of the simple things we often leave behind. In a world that rarely slows down, it offered the chance to reconnect—with nature, with craft, with great conversation, and with one another.

The StoryHere, around open fires, shared tables and wild landscapes, expertise gives way to discovery. Local traditions are embraced, stories are exchanged, and lifelong skills are shared with warmth and generosity. Led by voices including Valentine Warner, Angela Hartnett, Bill Amberg, Neil Borthwick, Nick Strangeway and Jon Spiteri, Kitchen in the Wild celebrates not only mastery of craft, but the spirit of exploration that inspires it.

There is a particular magic to Eilean Shona. The ever-changing light dances across the water, woodland and rugged coastline, transforming the landscape from one moment to the next.
